Information Summit receives

When you use the intake form, Summit receives the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, business name, website, project needs, timing, and investment range. If you email Summit directly, Summit receives the content and addressing information in that message.

How it is used

Summit uses this information to review your request, respond to you, determine whether a project is a fit, prepare a recommendation or preview when requested, and maintain ordinary business records. Summit does not use intake submissions to enroll you in an automated marketing list.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions and technical request data may be processed by Netlify to operate the website and deliver the submission. Email providers process messages sent to or from Summit. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and sale

Summit does not sell the personal information submitted through this site. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the site, communicate with you, or deliver requested work, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Summit keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, or meeting legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, but Summit limits collection to information useful for the request and avoids asking for passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or banking information through this form.

Your choices

You may ask Summit to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records that must be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Email jw@summitframeworksinc.com.

If this notice materially changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
