Once, up front. The $299 activates your project. You complete the intake and provide the business information, assets, and access Summit needs. We build the website to the approved scope, you approve the finished site, and then it launches.
You will receive a working initial up-to-five-page draft within 3 business days after Summit receives your payment, completed intake, required business information, assets, and necessary access.
Hosting, changes after launch, and what happens if you leave.
Hosting ends after your current paid period. The website is yours. Your domain, files, and everything we built stay with you, and we will hand over what you need to move it.
One active request at a time through Summit’s standard support process. It covers routine updates to existing text, photos, business hours, links, testimonials, service details, and small pricing changes, typically within 3 business days. It does not include new pages, redesigned or replacement designs, integrations, custom functionality, extensive copywriting, structural changes, or emergency/same-day support. Updates outside a Keep It Current plan are quoted separately.
