Yes. Your first $175 monthly payment starts the project. There is no separate website-build or setup fee on the Managed Website plan.
Does this mean I do not pay for the website?
No. The Managed Website costs $175 per month. The offer removes the large upfront build fee, not the monthly service payment.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The Managed Website does not require a long-term commitment. You can cancel the managed service.
What happens if I cancel?
Summit’s managed website service ends. Your domain and business-owned assets remain yours. If you want the client-specific website build transferred, the published ownership-transfer terms apply.
How many pages are included?
Up to five core pages.
What does unlimited content edits mean?
Routine updates to content on existing pages, such as text, photos, hours, links, testimonials, service information, and small pricing changes. It does not include unlimited new pages, redesigns, development, custom functionality, integrations, or expanded projects.
How quickly are updates handled?
Standard content updates target completion within three business days.
How long does the initial website take?
Most standard projects target launch within 10 to 14 business days after Summit receives everything required to complete the project.
Do I own my domain?
Yes.
Can I eventually own the website?
Yes. Summit provides a published ownership-transfer path, or you may choose the $3,500 upfront ownership option from the beginning.
